Dave Banks - Paul Harris Fellow award recipient 
 
Congratulations to Cambridge Sunrise Rotarian Dave Banks, who was awarded the Paul Harris Fellow award today. 
 
Dave Banks, P. Eng., is a recently retired transportation engineer with over 40 years of expertise in regional, municipal, and provincial government and the private sector having worked on a wide variety of transportation projects at the Regions of Waterloo and York, the Province of Manitoba, the City of St. Catharines, and HDR | iTRANS Consulting Ltd. which involved traffic operations studies, cycling and pedestrian studies, road safety, roundabout studies, transportation planning studies, traffic impact studies, functional design, and traffic signal design.
Dave is very active with Rotary, and his contributions are greatly appreciated.
