We've been so busy, what a summer!
Summer of 2019 has been busy and fun!

Our annual RibFest celebration was a great success.
Not only did we raise money for charities supported by Rotary, but we hosted our neighbours for a wonderful community event.

Rotarian Jen Clarke and her husband Keith presented in August about their trip to Japan, a return-trip for Keith who had been a Rotary International Exchange Student to Japan nearly 24 years prior. The Clarke's children helped present by demonstrating the traditional Japanese bowing, language, and even a chopstick challenge.

Just a few weeks later, the Rotary Club of Cambridge was proud to welcome back Samantha Kack, who had been sponsored by the club to participate in "Adventures in Citizenship" in Ottawa earlier this year.

The club was also proud to award Rotarian Denise Smith with the Paul Harris Award for her ongoing support to Rotary.

The round up the summer, we had a wonderful presentation from Rotarian Ed Fowler about the Rotary Youth Exchange Program.
