Compassionate Kids Award 2015

On Tuesday June 23, 2015 a very special award was handed out with the utmost admiration for the recipient.  The Compassionate Kids Award allows our youth to be validated and rewarded for their outstanding generosity towards others. This year the award was presented to a 7 year old student at St.Anne School, Cambridge, named Cameron Percy. Cameron has continued to show remarkable generosity, thoughtfulness and compassion to the people around him. Cameron was presented with a Plaque and a $500 award to spend to his choosing. Cameron, selflessly decided to not only donate the money but to divide it amoungst two charities, giving a generous $250 donation to Alison Neighbourhood Community Centre and Friends of Mill Creek.
