Clazina Sommer - CAP Canada

Many thanks to Clazina Sommer, of CAP (Christians Against Poverty) of Cambirdge, Ontario - who joined Cambridge Sunrise Rotarians on March 3rd to speak about CAP's work to help fight poverty.
After working as a registered nurse, and then home-schooling her 5 children, Clazina became a Debt Coach with CAP Canada, and in the process has worked to help those who find themselves in a financially challenging situation.
Christians Against Poverty (CAP) Canada provides free debt counselling to those struggling with debt.  CAP started 21 years ago in the UK.  Today there are 20 offices in Southern Ontario and over 300 offices worldwide.  CAP is not just for Christians – it is open to people from all backgrounds and faiths.  CAP’s service is provided free of charge.  As a charity, CAP receives donations from churches in the community.  CAP is also well respected throughout the finance industry, which allows CAP to work with creditors.  For more information, please see www.capcanada.org/debthelp.

Mark Rozad thanks Clazina Sommer for her work & presentation.
